About Me

 

I'm a NHS commissioner with over 25 years in the service as both a clinician and manager. As a result I have a extensive grasp of both the health and social care sectors.

 

I'm also the Chair of a medium sized older people's charity, as well as the trustee of a national charity dedicated to helping neurodiverse children and adults. I am a school governor and the Chair of its PTA.

 

I take a keen interest in local and national politics and policy. I offer advice on political campaigning and strategy. I'm a passionate believer in politics rooted in community and this influences my approach to political engagement and policy delivery.

 

I'm a Liberal Democrat member and sit on my local county executive board. I am also the Chair of the national Social Democratic Group which is affiliated to the Liberal Democrats.
